Traditional Thai massage
Traditional Thai massage combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles and supportive yoga positions, without the use of oil.
The recipient is clothed during the treatment and comfortable clothing is provided in the salon.
Instead of a massage table, you lie on a mat on the floor while the therapist manipulates your body to stimulate the organs and improve flexibility. The therapist uses her hands (thumbs, elbows, forearms) and sometimes even her feet to release muscle tension.
Thai massage is part of traditional Thai medicine.
